Morristown Development | Morristown, NJ

This dramatic ‘Flatiron’ site rises between Market and Bank Street in the central business district of Morristown, New Jersey. Art galleries, retail, and commercial space, which are accessible at ground level, animate the first two floors while the upper three levels provide 54 unique and dramatic upper market residential units and terraces. An Environmental/ Sustainable high performance exemplar project, the design anticipates a LEED Platinum Rating and the landscaped roof has been biologically programmed to provide a link between the “green infrastructure” of the US National Park Services’ Fort Nonsense Parklands to the west and ‘Morristown Green’ to the east.
